Some Information

Can I help my child with ADD/ADHD with nutrition instead of pharmaceuticals?

Yes you can!!

Supplements and good nutrition are great alternatives. Supplements such as DHA, turmeric and alpha-lipoic acid are some of many options. By cutting sugar, processed foods and simple carbs, healthy nutrition will all play a role in brain function.

Boost your brain by boosting your gut! Food really does matter! Here are some essential keys to keeping gut bacteria balanced:

-Choose foods rich in probiotics, (lacto fermented foods, kefir, eggs, fish)

-Go low carb, embrace high quality fats like coconut oil.

-Choose foods rich in Prebiotics- (fuel for gut bacterial growth) – foods like Chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, garlic, onions, leeks and jicama.

-Drink filtered water
